Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access, so your team can run real jobs through M2tric before you commit.
Which plan is right for my team?
Pick by team size. Solo suits sole traders and single estimators. Team covers up to 3 users — ideal for a small sales-and-install crew. Company covers up to 7 users and adds installer assignment and centralised job visibility for the office. Unlimited is for larger companies running multiple crews. You can change plans at any time as your team grows.
What counts as a user?
Anyone on your team who logs in — sales reps, estimators, office staff and installers. Clients don’t count as users. Client access is free, with view-and-comment access to the jobs you share.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades apply instantly, so you can add team members the moment you need to. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
What happens when my trial ends?
You choose the plan that fits your team and keep working — the jobs, measurements and photos you added during the trial stay right where they are. If M2tric isn’t for you, there’s no obligation to continue.
How are payments handled?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card details.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. There are no lock-in contracts — you can cancel anytime, and you can export your data if you leave.
Does M2tric handle pricing, quoting or invoicing?
No. M2tric focuses on the workflow between site, office and install — measurements, photos, job details and handover. It’s designed to work alongside your existing quoting and accounting tools, not replace them.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All job data, client details and photos are stored securely in encrypted systems. Billing runs through Stripe, and we never store your credit card details.
Do I need training to get my team started?
No. M2tric is designed to be simple and intuitive — most teams start using it on their next job. If you’d like a hand, personal onboarding help is included via our WhatsApp support line.
